She has a strong financial background, helping drive growth, scalability, and profitability in the realm of lease accounting. Charlene has a degree in accounting, is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is passionate about helping you implement systems and processes that shape the way you do business.

Deb is a recognized expert in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) with over 25 years of experience partnering with clients around the globe, helping them navigate all facets of the CRE landscape - steering clients through audits, developing business strategies and process re-engineering, defining project scope, and delivering software implementation and support services to companies across a wide breadth of software systems, industries, and sizes. Her industry knowledge, experience, and leadership allow her to excel at building partnerships and advocating on behalf of clients, thereby creating synergies for achieving both short and long-term client goals. Deb also has an MBA in accounting and finance, providing an in-depth understanding of your lease accounting needs.
